Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of AI UGC Storyboard: Product Ads. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

The service

The app helps creators produce AI-assisted storyboards, prompts, voice-over scripts, and export files. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular campaign. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in content you upload and create. You confirm that you have permission to use uploaded photos, brands, trademarks, and other materials. You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or to bypass provider safety systems.

Subscription and credits

  • UGC Storyboard AI Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple.
  • Each verified billing cycle grants 30 Storyboard Credits.
  • A successful storyboard generation uses 1 credit.
  • A successful Google Flow prompt package uses 1 credit.
  • A failed or cancelled generation does not consume a credit.
  • Unused monthly credits do not represent cash value and may reset at renewal.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Availability

Generation depends on internet access and third-party services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, provider availability, or legal compliance. Locally saved projects may remain available offline, but new AI requests require a connection.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, error-free, or fit for a particular commercial purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of generated content or third-party service interruptions.
