Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI UGC Storyboard: Product Ads handles information when you create an account, generate content, manage a subscription, or request support.

Information we process

  • Account information: name, email address, sign-in provider, and account identifier.
  • Subscription information: product, entitlement status, billing-cycle dates, and credit balance. Apple handles payment-card information; we do not receive it.
  • Creator content: product photos, prompts, generated storyboards, voice-over preferences, and project metadata needed to provide requested features.
  • Usage and diagnostics: generation status, provider and model, request counts, duration, and error codes used to operate and improve reliability.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide AI generation, maintain subscription credits, restore purchases, save project state, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app tracking.

Service providers

The app relies on Apple services, Google Sign-In, Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Gemini, and Black Forest Labs FLUX. These providers process only the information needed to deliver authentication, storage, subscriptions, and requested AI generation under their own privacy and security terms.

Storage and retention

Storyboard files and history are primarily stored on your device. Account, subscription-cycle, credit-ledger, project metadata, and operational usage records may be retained in our cloud systems while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, billing integrity, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. AI providers may temporarily process uploaded content to complete a request.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Apple ID settings, restore purchases inside the app, remove locally saved projects, and request account deletion from the Profile screen. Account deletion is subject to records we must retain for legitimate billing, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and changes

We use authentication, encrypted network connections, access controls, and server-side provider credentials. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date on this page.

Contact and privacy requests

Open Profile → Account Diagnostics in the app to gather relevant account status, then use the developer support contact on the App Store product page. Do not include API keys, passwords, or payment information in a support request.
